 I struggled for years searching for a “cure” for my general anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. Therapists, medication, natural supplements, and tests for everything from food allergies to neurological deficiencies- none of them offered long-term relief.

As a life coach, I do not hold formal education in psychology rather my role is to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional challenges by guiding and coaching them in navigating their feelings and creating actionable plans. Together, we establish goals, build accountability, and conduct regular check-ins to track progress.

Many of my clients also work with traditional therapists to complement their mental health treatment, combining different approaches for holistic growth and well-being.
