As a life coach, I do not hold formal education in psychology rather my role is to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional challenges by guiding and coaching them in navigating their feelings and creating actionable plans. Together, we establish goals, build accountability, and conduct regular check-ins to track progress.
Many of my clients also work with traditional therapists to complement their mental health treatment, combining different approaches for holistic growth and well-being.

1. What makes BeatAnxiety.me different from traditional therapy?
Most therapy focuses on talking about your past. This work focuses on how the past is still showing up in your body, emotions, and relationships—and helping you actually process it. Insight alone doesn’t heal. Emotional integration does.
2. Do you treat anxiety as a disorder?
No. Anxiety isn’t who you are—it’s a response. It’s often the result of unprocessed emotions, early relational wounds, and protective patterns that once helped but now keep you stuck.
3. Is this coaching or therapy?
This is emotional healing work, not clinical therapy. There are no diagnoses or labels—only a focus on understanding patterns, processing emotions, and building self-trust.
4. Who is this work best suited for?
People who are self-aware but still stuck. Especially those who’ve done therapy, read the books, tried the tools—and know something deeper hasn’t been addressed yet.
5. What actually happens in a session?
Sessions are structured and intentional. We work with emotional patterns, core wounds, and protective behaviors using guided reflection, emotional processing, and practical integration—not just conversation.
6. Will this make my anxiety disappear?
The goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety—it’s to change your relationship with it. When the root cause is addressed, anxiety loses its control and intensity naturally.
7. Is this work intense?
It can be. Healing requires honesty and emotional presence. That said, the work is paced, grounded, and focused on safety—not overwhelm.
8. How long does this kind of healing take?
There’s no universal timeline. Some shifts happen quickly; deeper patterns take consistency. This isn’t a quick fix—it’s real change. But I rarely see people more than ten sessions.
9. Do you work with relationship issues?
Yes. Anxiety often shows up most in relationships. Much of this work involves understanding attachment patterns, boundaries, and emotional safety.
10. Do you accept insurance?
No. BeatAnxiety.me does not accept insurance. Insurance-based care requires diagnoses and symptom-focused treatment. This work focuses on root causes, emotional processing, and real change—without the limits insurance places on healing.
