Once you understand how you think

Cognitive distortions, such as overgeneralization and black-and-white thinking, can lead to inaccurate or irrational perceptions. Limiting beliefs, influenced by past experiences, can hold us back from achieving our goals. Negative and positive thinking styles can also play a role in our mental well-being. Automatic negative thoughts and the life trauma cycle can perpetuate negative patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Understanding these concepts can help us improve our overall well-being by recognizing and changing negative patterns.

Module #4 - Let's Heal

Let’s Heal is an approach that focuses on understanding the root causes of emotional and mental suffering and finding ways to overcome them. It involves understanding what steals our joy and well-being and what helps to heal and bring peace. Self-love is important in healing, as it allows us to accept and care for ourselves. Life anchors such as happiness and joy play a crucial role in our healing journey and can help us navigate through difficult times. Forgiveness is also a key aspect of healing as it helps us let go of past hurt and resentment, which can hinder emotional and mental well-being.

Module #5 - Forgiveness Process

Forgiveness is a process in which one lets go of anger, resentment, and negative feelings towards someone who has hurt them. It is a decision to release the feeling of resentment or vengeance towards someone who has wronged you. The process of forgiveness can include different steps, such as understanding the situation, acknowledging and expressing feelings, deciding to forgive, and letting go of the resentment. Forgiveness is important for healing as it allows an individual to move on from past hurt, reduce stress and negative emotions, and improve overall well-being. It is an essential aspect of personal growth and emotional and mental well-being.

Module #6 - Healing Modalities

Various healing modalities can be used to improve emotional and mental well-being. Journaling is one such method, which involves writing down one’s thoughts and feelings in a diary or notebook. It can help to process emotions, gain insight, and improve mental health. Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific points on the body to release negative emotions.
