Vitamin B12 and calcium ingredients may help in depression that take place during the monthly menstrual period. In the year 2001, there was a study that proves that this vitamin can prevent postpartum depression. Those kinds of food supplements and vitamins may enhance the effectiveness of SSRI and other antidepressant.
